1) Toneshifterz & Nitrouz - Origins Of Life

The weekly release from Fusion Records includes this week the 2nd Track of the Toneshifterz made together with Nitrouz. The first Thing which comes up is the unexpected weak kick... Distorted punch without much bassline... could be way better. In this Track we got the famous "The First Cut" Buil-up again.. so after the Intro the break comes in with an annoying melody, then the anticlimax kicks in. The anticlimax definaltely knows how to rock though of those silly kicks. Then we got the normal climax with this weird melody again. But WTF, this track not really good. First the kicks, also the melody... Da BiDniZ is way better!

2) Alphaverb - Back / Thunderstyle

Back

I really love the Alphaverb style, I really looking forward to his album, but this Track is something I dont like that much. The theme of this Track is "Back in the Days", so the oldskool, but what the hell these nukicks are doing there? And the Nustyle Build-up? Its surely a hard Track, but it doesn't own like other Alphaverb Tracks. IDK why, but this Track doesn't have any excitementable Parts. OK, for you Oldskool fans out there the melody will be something for you, but its not my cup of tea.

Thunderstyle (remastered club mix)

This Track is more a Mashup of the two versions Original Mix and Lightning Mix. The Intro is taken from the Lightning mix, the climax from the Omix. I still prefer the Lighning Mix, because the melody is more complex. For me this Track doesn't need a release, but its still one of my favourites from AVIO records.

3) Brennan Heart - Midifiles Sampler #2

Memento (Ivan Carsten 2010 Vocal Mix)

With the Vocals, which originally come from "Metal Gear Solid 1", you can make your own "Vocal Mix", which I already have. So this Edit is not worth to release in my opinion, though of the lovely endresult.

Back then, when Brennan Heart played it the first Time, I fell in love. But now... its nothing special IMO. I hate these empty Brennan Heart Kicks... They are destroying every Track in which they are included. best Track from this EP, with the only positive aspect: The Q-Dance Sound!

Acid & Dubstyle

Its just a DJ-Tool, nothing more, I hoped. Now its released and no DJ-Tool anymore... A funny meant Track but what the hell should I do with it? It will get dusty in my library because there's no chance to use it, though its not more than a bad joke.

4) Shockerz - My Music

My Music

A non-famous Release made by someone unknown... played once by Frontliner. This Release seems to be produced by Frontliner, or with help from him. But who knows? Discogs doesn't, neither we do.

My Music has a damn hot Intro with kicks like in Frontliners Expressionz. A lot of people hate these kind of kicks, but wooow, i love them. Screeches in the Intro rock too for sure, Vocals are without any message but fit good in this track. The Melody and overall atmosphere could be better, but the kicks are making this Track to a extremely good party Track. Frontliner Style is the best!

Do Thiz

I don't have a real opinion on this Track... first we got the same kicks again (Hell yeah!!) but the rest of the Track is not outstanding enough to forget the lame melody. It sounds like a one-day production. Kicks are good, the rest not.

The Oldskool is back? You may think it in the first moment, but then you will be unsure and wont be sure what you are listening to. I dont know it either. The only thing i know is that this is something very weak... SAIFAM, please start to produce quality stuff again! PLEASE!

After Our Deepest Fear I thought that this Track could be better and not "I wanna produce Oldskool but I dont really know how it should sound like"-ish. But this Track isn't better. WTF are these bumpy Kicks in the Intro? They sound kinda funny, but definatley not good. Ok after the Intro you got an impression, that this Track should be real nustyle. Ok, maybe SAIFAM saved this Track with a nice melody. But they even destroyed the Track with a fucking terrible one, its even worse than the intro. What? SAIFAM, WTF is going on?? seriously!

1) Ivan Carsten - The Vision

Lento strikes again - and this time its a hell of a bomb! SAIFAM produced a Track which doesn't really fit in their SAIFAM-style except of the Lento Violento part, because there's no melody. "Isn't it boring?" you may ask now, but I can tell you, it's definately not. The maintheme repeats itself over the wohle Track, first with a normal weak basslined kick, then with a very strong nustyle kick. After that we come to an Drum'n'kick part and the Lento-part closes the mainpart of the Track. It sounds boring theoreticly but I think you gotta hear this before judging!

2) Ivan Carsten - Angel Sing

Here SAIFAM comes up with a typical Ivan Carsten-Track, a strong and hard Intro with an unbelivable drive. The break and the climax-part after that are not really my cup of tea because the melody is not so goodly composed. But this track is still one of the best from SAIFAM in my opinion, because the Kicks which are used here are way better than in some more famous TBY-Tracks.

3) Deepack and Josh & Wesz - Durty 7

Deepack are back with a release which they made together with Josh & Wesz. The results are... I dont really know.

In Durty 7 you notice first the vocals... A female vocal talks about to lick her somwhere which isn't really my imagination of a perfect vocal, though it kinda rocks. Also the kick sucks this time, which isn't typical for Deepack, but for Josh & wesz. The kicks in the climax are way better, but we all know the problem of deepack-tracks, they can't compose melodies. This Track is a quite nice example.

4) Deepack and Josh & Wesz

This Track seems to be better. No vocals which you dont know how to judge about, no crappy kicks in the Intro. The Intro overall is very nice made, it has a drive which might let you go wild. But when the Intro stops and the break comes in, the drive is gone. The melody is not bad at all, but we have heard better ones. The drive we heard in the Intro hides itself in the climax aswell, so they could have made it better. Overall this Track beats Durty 7!

5) The Prophet - Elites

The Prophet is back with a release on Scantraxx Silver. But when you hear "The Prophet" you expect definately more than you get. Elites has a freaky intro, which isn't that bad but surely not everyones taste. The Kicks are distorted without basslines, they sound not bad but they don't have any power. The melody after the boring break is really bad in my opinion, just boring and unexcitement. What's up with you, Dov? We all know you can do it better.

6) The Prophet - My Worship

When the Intro was good in Elites, this Intro is bad. But the intro in elites wasn't even good, so this intro sucks again big time. Again these distorted kicks without basslines, but the synth is just annoying. Break and climax suck aswell, so there's not a big difference between elites and my worship. WTF is wrong with you dov?

7) Fusion Allstars - The Next Level

This Track is the anthem of the upcoming Festival of Fusion records in an "Old-Nintendo"-Style. And this is how the track also sounds like. The Intro has in the first part a empty Brennan Heart kick, but in the 2nd a strong Nukick, distortion and bassline. Sounds not that bad, also the intro-synth/theme has something nice. But I miss the drive some other Tracks have in their Intros (Keep It Alive yo!). The melody reminds me of some cheesy hands-up tracks, typical Fusion/Zany-Synth and Kicks without power. The really nice thing about this Track are the "Super Mario"-sound-effects. But thats not enough for a track, in which producers like zany, jowan, noisecontrollers etc are involved. For a Zany-Track it would be a standart one, for Fusion Allstars definately not enough.

Review:

Crypsis is back with a long-awaited release which wasn't announced to get released. But now its out...

A1: Strike is a perfectly produced Track which has a very unique atmosphere. Directly after the Intro the atmosphere builds up in a way which we wouldnt ever had thought that crypsis would produce something like this... The build-up is not standart, its more like Intro-Break-MidIntro-Climax-Outro. This difference is nice to listen to, because the break at the beginning builds up some drive which will satisfact you. The Melody is typically for Crypsis, but not typically bad like in "torture", its more like in "Jealousy"... awesome! Kick are typically too, also awesome. The whole Track seems to be awesome, I just love that one.

B1: The Demand is a really nice track too, but here's a big difference between Strike and The Demand... The Demand rocks because of its vocals and its rough style. And the vocals... god damn. The rest of the track surely know how to rock, the melody is a bit simpler but who says its a bad thing? right, No one, so the Track is one of the best of this year for sure. And the vocals...

B2: I need to say I don't like Thera's style. I really don't. And whats about the kicks? Right, they suck! Big time. The rest of the Track isn't really such a big difference to the original, so in my opinion this remix is not necessary for the hardstyle world. Its really not.
